Identified location. The site is known today and most scholars agree on it.
The valley between Jerusalem and the Mount of Olives. David crossed it weeping as he fled from Absalom, Asa burnt his mother's idol by the brook, and Jesus crossed it with his disciples to the garden where Judas came for him.
