Antioch in Pisidia
Identified location. The site is known today and most scholars agree on it.
A city of Pisidia in Asia Minor, not the Antioch in Syria. On the sabbath Paul "stood up, and beckoning with his hand said, Men of Israel, and ye that fear God, give audience." Many Gentiles believed, but persecution drove Paul and Barnabas out. Later they came back to strengthen the disciples.
