Approximate location. The area is clear, but the exact site is not.
A town in the lowlands of Judah. David escaped to "the cave Adullam", and his family and about four hundred men in distress or debt gathered to him there. Later three of his mighty men broke through the Philistines to bring him water from the well of Bethlehem. The cave is not known.
